Cool Down Fast! with an Ice Cold Towel

However, when testing the following items, Ergodyne Towels and Frogg Toggs, I found that they were considerably cooler, since they stayed cool, where as as the Generic Paper Towels have a tendency to stop being cool within a few minutes.
Anyways, Ergodyne towels once opened have a distinct odor kind of like a type of petroleum product. But not that unpleasant, hardly noticeable.
As of now, (15 minutes later) the Ergodyne Towel is cooler than my Frogg Toggs, suggesting that they evaporate water a lot faster than Frogg Toggs.
In any case, once I opened the Frogg Toggs, it smelt as if somebody wiped their...A** with it. Quite like if you had the mixture of manure and sour milk. This was an unbearable smell for me. I still smell it faintly, even after I completely washed with soap and water.
And Paper Towels? i don't think I would recommend to them, since everyone will think you look ridiculous with a wet paper towel stuck around your neck.
Findings: All appear to be cool to the skin, however some appear to be slightly cooler Frogg Toggs for example .
Why?
I assume that Frogg Toggs absorb and retain more water, which you would think should make them the coolest. Paper Towels: Paper Towels appear to make you feel cool. However they don't even come close to the other items tested.
Ergodyne Towels: Seem to be more effective than Frogg Toggs, however when you feel hot you most likely will not know/care which one you choose.
Frogg Toggs: To me are second. In short,
The Ergodyne towel is great and it works, except for the price, I feel that I might simply use some regular towel and best of all they do not smell.
Tip
When the Ergodyne towel begins to warm up, simply grab the towel and spin it around in a circle. That'll make it cool once more.So stay cool this Summer
